SHIPPING RATES - CANADA: $15.00 flat rate (same shipping price regardless of order volume/amount or Canada destination), plus GST/HST. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expresspost service, which normally takes from 1 - 4 business days for major cities, slightly longer for rural or remote destinations.

SHIPPING RATES - USA: $25.00 flat rate (same shipping price regardless of order volume/amount or USA destination). Shipments for USA will be sent via Expresspost USA service, which normally takes from 3 - 5 business days, slightly longer for remote or rural areas.

SHIPPING RATES - INTERNATIONAL: $100.00 flat rate (same shipping price regardless of order volume/amount or international destination). International shipments to all nations other than Canada or the USA will be sent at our option via one of Purolator International, FEDEX, or Expresspost International service. Please allow 2 - 7 business days for international delivery. Customer is always responsible for payment of any applicable customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees as may be levied at time of delivery. Customer location must be physical street address - PO Box address is not acceptable. We are sorry but in the interests of our being able to track/trace our international shipments, we do not offer less expensive, non-premium, non-traceable international shipping services such as basic surface mail, standard air mail etc. For an international address having no state or province, when you are asked to enter a province or state, simply re-enter the name of your country in the state or province field.

SHIPPING RATES - ONLINE GROUND SCHOOL/ONLINE EXAMS/SEMINAR REGISTRATIONS: Shipping charges don't apply for an order of an online product or seminar registrations where no other products are ordered (since no product is actually physically "shipped"). In these cases, when making your order, when you are prompted to select a shipping method, please select the shipping option "Shipping Charges N/A - Online Product/Seminar Registration" from the shipping options pull-down menu.

TAXES: For orders destined to locations within Canada, GST/HST will be added. Orders within BC are subject to both PST and GST. No taxes will be added for USA or international orders.

ONLINE GROUND SCHOOLS/ONLINE EXAMS: USER PASSWORDS, SUPPORTING TEXTS: Please allow 24 hours for us to set up your individual user access ID and password: individualized user access credentials will be sent via separate email once completed. Users of our online ground schools and online exams will require access to appropriate Culhane training manuals to access aviation charts, aircraft performance tables and weather summaries: this information is not provided or supplied in electronic format and is not included in online course or online exam fee paid.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY - INDIVIDUALS: All books/manuals/publications, pilot supplies and aviation charts ordered from this website by individuals are FULLY RETURNABLE, regardless of the reason for the return, provided that returned items are returned to us and received by us in new condition, unopened and in original packaging/shrink wrapping, within 30 days of original sale. Please include our original sales invoice and customer credit card receipt in return shipment. Upon receipt of returned item(s) in accordance with return requirements, we will issue a credit to the customer credit card used in the original sale, based on the original amount paid, less original shipping charges and shipping taxes billed. No returns/refunds are available for online training products (online ground school, online exams). Seminar fees will be refunded in full for cancellations where we are notified at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled seminar date: where we have not been given at least 24 hours advance notice of cancellation or for a "no show" at scheduled seminar, seminar fees will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY - DEALERS: All commercial orders from flying schools and clubs, pilot shops, distributors, wholesalers etc. are final - returns are not permitted. We may offer sale pricing on selected items, dealer rebates or other promotional programs in our sole discretion.
