Accelerated Aviation Training Acquires Second ATC 810 Flight Simulator!!

FEBRUARY, 2008. We are very pleased to announce that we have recently accepted delivery of a second ATC 810 Flight Simulator at our YVR Airport training centre. Our second sim will be used to complement our instrument procedures training program. The 810 is an outstanding IFR trainer that accurately simulates the performance and handling qualities of 6,000 - 9,000 lbs cabin class reciprocating engine twins e.g. Cessna 400 series, Piper Navajo/Chieftan and Beech Duke. With "real instruments" and heavy, solid controls, the ATC 810 offers a true emulation of the heavier "feel" found when flying the actual aircraft. Our second ATC 810 is configured with "standard T" flight instruments, with HSI, dual VOR, ADF/RMI, ILS navigation instruments and variable scale plotter. We anticipate having our sim fully configured and ready for dual/solo rentals in the next month or so.
