General Information

We have supplied the Canadian aviation training industry with our Culhane course texts and sample exam manuals since 1988. We are pleased to extend discounted pricing for volume orders of our industry leading training manuals for flying schools, flying clubs, aviation training instutitions and pilot shops. Our discount system is simple: the greater the volume you order from us, the greater our dealer discount. We currently offer the following dealer discount tiers:

Class A: 50%. Min. order 360 units, at least 10 of each title per order.
Class B: 45%. Min. order 240 units, at least 5 of each title per order.
Class C: 40%. Min. order 120 units, any mix of titles.
Class D: 35%. Min. order 90 units, any mix of titles.
Class E: 30%. Min. order 60 units, any mix of titles.
Class F: 25%. Min. order 30 units, any mix of titles.
Class G: 20%. Min. order 15 units, any mix of titles.

Dealer Qualification Requirements

For our dealer levels Class C, D, E, F and G, no pre-qualification is necessary to place a dealer order: we invite all aviation products businesses and flight training institutions to order our products as desired. Dealer Shipping

All dealer orders within Canada and the USA are sent FREE SHIPPING via Canada Post/USPS service. FEDEX, UPS, DHL, and Purolator air/ground service are all available at full carrier cost if desired.

Payment Terms

All dealer orders must be pre-paid via company cheque or major credit card: we accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.

Taxes

GST/HST will be added to all dealer orders.

Return Policy

All dealer sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges or credits are permitted. We may offer sale pricing on selected items, dealer rebates or other promotional programs in our sole discretion.
