CURRENCY: All orders from this website will be processed in Canadian funds. The Bank of Canada's currency converter can be used to determine equivalent foreign currency amount.

SECURITY/PRIVACY STATEMENT: All orders made from our store are encrypted via SSL technology at checkout and are completely secure. We respect your privacy: any ordering information provided will be kept strictly confidential and will not be released to third parties under any circumstances. We promise that any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose of completing your order and we will not use such information for any online promotions, spam or other form of electronic junk mail.

PAYMENT METHODS: Payment can be made by credit card - we accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX.

SALES TAXES: For orders destined to locations within Canada, GST/HST/PST will be added as appropriate. GST/HST/PST will not be added for international orders.

HST REBATE: Depending on the products ordered and the purchaser location, the purchaser may qualify for a rebate of the provincial portion of the HST. Where the purchaser qualifies for an HST rebate, the rebate will be automatically applied at the time of processing sale and the net HST payable will be reduced by the point of sale rebate. There is no need to specifically request or apply for the HST rebate.

SHIPPING: Shipping charges are extra and will be added to the cost of your order. Shipping charges are flat rate i.e. same cost for selected service regardless of shipping location. For orders sent to locations within Canada, we offer Canada Post EXPEDITED PARCEL service (2 - 10 business days) and Canada Post ExpressPost service (1 - 5 business days). Sometimes shipping in Canada can take longer to remote or rural areas. For international orders, we use Canada Post EXPRESSPOST INTERNATIONAL service, which generally takes 1 - 3 weeks. International service can sometimes be delayed by the destination country's customs and inspection process, which we have no control over, and which can delay delivery. As well, for international orders, customs duties, tariffs and VAT taxes may be charged to your order, depending on the your home country, which we have no control over.

FREE SHIPPING FOR LOCAL ORDERS: Shipping is free for locations within Canada that are within 100 NM radius of YVR International Airport, based on Canada Post Expedited Parcel service.

LABOUR DISRUPTIONS/STRIKES: During any Canada Post labour disruption/postal worker strike, shipping delays are possible, and we will offer UPS shipping services as an alternate shipping option.

USA ORDERS: Due to logistics and compliance issues related to recent US government trade and tariff regulations and the removal of the De Minimus USA-Canada duties exemption, which greatly increases the complexity, expense and inconvenience of processing USA orders, we have temporarily suspended shipping service to the USA.

SHIPPING - ONLINE PRODUCTS: For online products (online ground school, online exams) without any supporting texts or other items that must be physically shipped to you, no shipping charges apply: use the shipping option "NOTHING TO SHIP". For an order that includes both an online product and a physical product (such as a supporting Culhane textbook), shipping charges still apply since we will have to ship the physical product(s) to you.

EBOOK/PDF VERSIONS, CULHANE BOOKS: Please note that all Culhane training manuals are in printed, paper format only; we don't offer e-books or PDF format for these.

ONLINE GROUND SCHOOLS/ONLINE EXAMS - USER ACCESS PASSWORDS, SUPPORTING TEXTS: Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order and set up and send your individualized user access ID and password. Users of our online ground schools and online exams will in some cases require access to the appropriate Culhane training manual(s) to access aviation charts, aircraft performance tables and weather summaries: these supporting texts are NOT provided or supplied for free in electronic format and are NOT included in our basic online course or online exam fee - please be sure to order appropriate texts to match the online course/online exams ordered where necessary.

DISCOUNTED PRICING FOR VOLUME ORDERS: We extend discounted pricing for volume orders of current versions of Culhane training manuals. Our volume discount is available for everyone regardless of whether ordering as an individual or as a business/school. The volume discount is on a "per item, per order basis" meaning that past orders cannot be counted towards a volume discount on a new order. The volume discount will be automatically applied and is a progressively larger percentage discount for larger volume orders.

ON SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS: We offer discounted prices for overstock items from past years that have gone out of date. Available quantities are limited and once sold out, clearance items will no longer be available. If you are attempting to order a clearance/on sale item, and you are unable to order the item at check out, it is likely that the item has sold out. Please refresh your internet web browser so as to be presented with the most current available items. Discounted pricing on on sale or clearance items often change so please check back to see if a particular item's pricing has improved since your last visit.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION: We normally send e-mail notification with confirmation of shipping and tracking information within 1 - 3 days of receiving your order to the e-mail address you provided with your order. If you don't receive shipping and tracking confirmation, please check your e-mail privacy settings or SPAM filters - sometimes these can block our shipping confirmation e-mail. You are welcome at any time to request shipping and tracking details: please include your order number and we will provide the latest information we have on your shipment.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY: All sales are FINAL - No returns, exchanges, refunds or credits.
