At this part of our website, you can purchase our Culhane training manuals, sign up for one of our distance learning online ground school courses/online exams, or register for one of our 2-day accelerated exam prep seminars held at our YVR Airport training facility. We also offer a host of aviation training related pilot supplies, charts and publications, aircraft maintenance and flight dispatcher training publications, and aircraft models.

CURRENCY: All orders from this online store will be processed in Canadian funds. The Bank of Canada's currency converter can be used to determine equivalent foreign currency amount.

SECURITY/PRIVACY STATEMENT: All orders made from our store are encrypted via SSL technology and are completely secure. We respect your privacy: any ordering information provided will be kept strictly confidential and will not be released to third parties under any circumstances. We promise that any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose of completing your order and we will not use such information for any online promotions, spam or other form of electronic junk mail.

SHIPPING RATES - CANADA: $15 flat rate for Canada Post Expedited Parcel service, plus GST/HST. Canada Post Expedited Parcel service normally takes up to 7 business days for major cities (slightly longer for rural or remote destinations). Canada Post Expresspost service is available for $30 flat rate, plus GST/HST, and Expresspost service normally takes 1 - 4 business days (slightly longer for rural or remote areas).

SHIPPING RATES - USA: $40 flat rate (same shipping price regardless of order volume/amount or USA destination). Shipments for USA will be sent via Expresspost USA service, which normally takes from 3 - 5 business days, slightly longer for remote or rural areas.

SHIPPING RATES - INTERNATIONAL: $150 flat rate (same shipping price regardless of order volume/amount or international destination). International shipments will be sent via DHL, Purolator, FEDEX, Canada Post Expresspost International or Canada Post International Air Mail service at our option. International shipments normally arrive within 10 business days, slightly longer for some nations. Customer is responsible for payment of any customs/broker fees, duties, VAT or other national sales taxes as may be charged to customer at time of delivery. Customer location must be physical street address - PO Box address is not acceptable. We are sorry but in the interests of our being able to track/trace our international shipments, we do not offer less expensive, non-premium, non-traceable international shipping services such as basic surface mail, standard air mail etc. For an international address having no state or province, when you are asked to enter a province or state, simply re-enter the name of your country in the state or province field. Regardless of our quoted international rates, we reserve the right to request higher shipping fees in cases where our actual shipping costs will be significantly greater than our quoted flat rates: in such cases customer may approve order at higher shipping rates or decline/cancel order at customer option.

SHIPPING RATES - Online Products/Seminar Registrations. Shipping charges don't apply where no products are physically shipped such as for online ground schools, online exams and seminar registrations. Please note that shipping charges DO apply for a mixed order of physical products and online products (since there is a cost to us in shipping the physical products to you). Where no products in your order will be physically shipped, please select the "shipping charges don't apply" option.

SHIPPING ADDRESS - UNIT/APARTMENT/SUITE NUMBER: Please remember to provide us with your FULL shipping address that includes your unit, apartment or suite number! Your shipment will be un-deliverable without this information.

SALES TAXES: For orders destined to locations within Canada, GST/HST will be added. GST/HST will not be added for international orders.

HST REBATE: Depending on the products ordered and the purchaser location, the purchaser may qualify for a rebate of the provincial portion of the HST. Where the purchaser qualifies for an HST rebate, the rebate will be applied at the time of processing sale and the net HST payable will be reduced by the point of sale rebate. There is no need for the customer to request the HST rebate: it will be provided automatically where appropriate.

PAYMENT METHODS: Payment can be made by credit card only - we accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We do not accept personal cheques/money orders and we don't offer COD service.

ONLINE GROUND SCHOOLS/ONLINE EXAMS - USER ACCESS PASSWORDS, SUPPORTING TEXTS: Please allow 24 hours for us to set up your individual user access ID and password: individualized user access credentials will be sent via separate email once completed. Users of our online ground schools and online exams will require access to appropriate Culhane training manuals to access aviation charts, aircraft performance tables and weather summaries: this information is not provided or supplied in electronic format and is not included in online course or online exam fee paid. FEE FOR ONLINE COURSES AND ONLINE EXAMS DOES NOT INCLUDE TEXTS.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY - INDIVIDUALS: All books/manuals/publications, pilot supplies and aviation charts ordered from this website by individuals are FULLY RETURNABLE, regardless of the reason for the return, provided that returned items are returned to us and received by us in new condition, unopened and in original packaging/shrink wrapping, within 30 days of original sale. Returns should be shipped at customer expense to us at Accelerated Aviation Training Unit 130 - 5980 Miller Road Richmond BC V7B 1K2 CANADA Tel. 604-279-0179 via an insured, traceable method of shipping e.g. Canada Post Express Post service. Please include our original sales invoice and customer credit card receipt in return shipment. Upon receipt of returned item(s) in accordance with return requirements, we will issue a credit to the customer credit card used in the original sale, based on the original amount paid, less original shipping charges and shipping taxes billed. No returns/refunds are available for online training products (online ground school, online exams). For student cancellations of a seminar for which the student has advanced registered, provided that we are notified at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled seminar, a full refund will be given.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY - DEALERS: All commercial orders from flying schools and clubs, pilot shops, distributors, wholesalers etc. are final - returns are not permitted. We may offer sale pricing on selected items, dealer rebates or other promotional programs in our sole discretion.
