Culhane Dealer Discounts

Our dealer discounts that we provide to our authorized dealers are based upon dealer levels Class A through Class G (just like the Canadian airspace classifications!). Each dealer level is awarded on the basis of a number of factors such as minimum ordering volumes, advertising and promotion, minimum on-hand inventory etc. Our dealer discount structure is provided below.

Class A: Wholesaler

• Discount: 50%
• Minimum order requirements: 360 units per order (at least 10 of each of our available titles).
• Minimum annual purchases/average monthly purchases: 1,800/150 units.
• Minimum on-hand inventory: sufficient to meet customer demand.
• Promotion and advertising: favourable and prominent positioning of our products is required.
• Payment terms: advance payment required.

Class B: Trade Distributor

• Discount: 45%.
• Minimum order requirements: 240 units per order (at least 5 of each of our available titles).
• Minimum annual purchases/average monthly purchases: 1,200/100 units.
• Minimum on-hand inventory: sufficient to meet customer demand.
• Promotion and advertising: favourable and prominent positioning of our products is required.
• Payment terms: advance payment required.

• Discount: 40%.
• Minimum order requirements: 120 units per order (any mix of titles).
• Minimum annual purchases/average monthly purchases: n/a.
• Minimum on-hand inventory: n/a.
• Promotion and advertising: n/a.
• Payment terms: advance payment required.

Class D: Standard Retail

• Discount: 35%.
• Minimum order requirements: 90 units per order (any mix of titles).
• Minimum annual purchases/average monthly purchases: n/a
• Minimum on-hand inventory: n/a.
• Promotion and advertising: n/a.
• Payment terms: advance payment required.

Class E: Standard School

• Discount: 30%.
• Minimum order requirements: 60 units per order (any mix of titles).
• Minimum annual purchases/average monthly purchases: n/a.
• Minimum on-hand inventory: n/a.
• Promotion and advertising: n/a.
• Payment terms: advance payment required.

Class F: Small School

• Discount: 25%.
• Minimum order requirements: 30 units (any mix of titles).
• Minimum annual purchases/average monthly purchases: n/a.
• Minimum on-hand inventory: n/a.
• Promotion and advertising: n/a.
• Payment terms: advance payment required.

Class G: Courtesy

• Discount: 20%.
• Minimum order requirements: 15 units (any mix of titles).
• Minimum annual purchases/average monthly purchases: n/a.
• Minimum on-hand inventory: n/a.
• Promotion and advertising: n/a.
• Payment terms: advance payment required.

SHIPPING: Dealer shipping is FREE for destinations within Canada and the USA. All shipments will be sent via Canada Post. Please allow 1 - 10 days for delivery. Please contact us for international rates.

TAXES: For Canadian orders only, to the combined net cost of manuals ordered, less the volume discount, will be added Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 5 percent (or HST at 13 percent in Atlantic provinces).

RETURNS: All dealer sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges or credits are permitted. We may offer sale pricing on selected items, dealer rebates or other promotional programs in our sole discretion.

3. "Minimum annual purchases" refers to previous calendar year purchases, as counted from our invoices, and excludes any editions returned or replaced pursuant to our dealer rebate programme.
4. "Average monthly purchases" refers to total purchases from us for current calendar year, divided by the number of months since January 1 of the current calendar year, excluding returns and rebates.
